Spring AC Maintenance

Before summer arrives, make sure your air conditioner has what it takes to stand up to the stifling Texas heat. Our ARC Club Membership includes a total spring maintenance inspection and tune-up to make sure your AC is ready for its peak usage period. Not only do we carefully inspect all components for flaws or developing issues, but we perform cleanings and small repairs to make sure your unit works like new to keep your family cool.

Our Spring Maintenance Check Includes:

Inspecting compressor, belts, wiring, and coil
Washing and cleaning all coils, using chemical cleaners if needed
Checking running pressure and refrigerant levels
Inspecting and lubricating all motors
Cleaning the filter, or replacing it with a new filter provided by the customer
Testing capacitors and thermostat

Fall Heater Maintenance

After months of dormancy, your heater may not be ready to provide reliable heating during the first cold spell of winter. That’s why, as part of our ARC Club Membership, Norman Aire’s technicians will stop by in the fall to make sure that everything’s in working order. Our heater tune-ups are designed to ensure that every component of your heater is ready to go, so when you crank up the heat, your home will deliver safe, effective comfort.

Our Fall Tune-Up Includes:

Inspecting burner, pilot light, heat exchanger, limit switch, fans, draft diverter, and pilot thermocouple
Testing electric ignition
Checking temperature increases and heat anticipator
Inspecting and lubricating all motors
Cleaning the filter, or replacing it with a new filter provided by the customer
Inspecting ad adjusting belts
Checking for carbon monoxide
Flushing the drain

Had an AC emergency and called Norman late Friday night at 11 pm. They have 24/7 services but all techs were out, so JD over the phone talked me through how to fix my issue.
