Patient and Offered to Help

Had an AC emergency and called Norman late Friday night at 11 pm. They have 24/7 services but all techs were out, so JD over the phone talked me through how to fix my issue. I called back about 5 times and he still was patient and offered to help. Kinda rare for someone at a company to help that late at night and do it free. With that type of service, I’ll be using them for sure any time I or anyone I know has an AC issue.
