Built our home in 2006; upgraded our entire system with Norman Aire in 2018. They performed the removal of the old system and the installation of the new system in one day! They provide service reminders and you can subscribe to their filter program. Today, I woke to a warming house, called and they had a service tech at my house in just a few hours. Texas heat can cause the capacitors to run a short life… a simple fix but he checked over my system just to make sure it’s all top-notch. I’m very glad I went with this company!
