A real voice actually answered the phone! The man was so nice to listen to my problem and tried to help me solve it immediately by face-timing to walk me through fixing my thermostat. When we realized the thermostat was bad, the service manager came out that same day when he saw it was 58 degrees in my house. He replaced the thermostat and all ended well. I will definitely use Norman Aire again, and recommend it to others!
